TERMS OF COLLECTION & DELIVERY

We offer two convenient options for receiving your purchases: in-store collection or delivery.

COLLECTION: 

We offer an in-store collection for most products sold in our shop by appointment. To arrange collection, please contact us via email or phone. You can find our contact details on the 'Contact Us' page of our website. We appreciate your business and look forward to hearing you soon!

Please note that all purchased items must be collected within 48 hours. If you’re unable to collect your items within this time frame, please contact us to make an alternative. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient collection process.

DELIVERY: 

If delivery is offered or arranged by the store, the terms below apply. Please read them in full to avoid any disappointment.

The Following Terms Apply if the Store Offers or Arranges Delivery:

  • Delivery will be carried out by a third-party courier. If a scheduled delivery is missed or cancelled by the buyer, there will be significant charges applied as described below.
  • The delivery service provided by the store is a one-person service to the ground floor only, meaning you will need to assist with unloading from the vehicle.
    Please check with the store for upper-floor delivery options and two-person service at an additional cost.
  • The delivery will be scheduled within 2 to 3 working days from the time it's fully paid. Any purchases made during the weekend will have the delivery time frame counted from the first working day of the week.
  • The courier will only contact you the day before your delivery to provide a time slot. Therefore, you should be able to receive the delivery on short notice. Please note that the courier may not be able to accommodate your preferred delivery time or day.
  • To ensure the smooth delivery of large items to the ground floor of your property, it is essential that you guarantee easy access. You must ensure enough space to maneuvre and remove any obstacles before the delivery. Please be aware that our delivery team has limited time and cannot wait.
  • The business or delivery team cannot take any responsibility for improperly measured access.
  • The courier requires a signature upon delivery, so someone must be available to sign in person. If no one is home to sign for a direct or adult signature, the courier will not deliver the item and will return it to the seller. There will be a minimum of £250 rescheduling fee applied, and it may take a few days to reschedule.
  • If you miss the scheduled delivery for any reason, there will be a minimum charge of £250 to reschedule.
  • For any reason, if you decide to cancel the order once we have dispatched, there will be a minimum of £250 deduction from your total refund.

Return Policy for Clearance Items: 

Clearance items are not supplied with a warranty. All goods are sold as being fit for purpose.

We do not accept returns for change of heart or ill-measured access, it is not the business's responsibility to ensure a product will fit inside a property.

Please be aware that due to the nature of these items, they may have minor imperfections, including scuffs, scrapes and tears. If you would like to know further information regarding the condition of an item, please do get in touch.

We will always do a full, detailed appraisal of each item ahead of sale. However, please understand that as a clearance outlet and due to the sheer volumes we handle, it is not always possible to be 100% accurate, and there may always be some cosmetic blemishes or slight second characteristics, as is expected with such significant savings through a clearance outlet.

We welcome and strongly insist on viewings at our unit before purchase, so please take this opportunity to do so.

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery and inform us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged, or different to advertised so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have the opportunity in all cases to view the item ahead of entering the purchase or making payment. This opportunity should be taken to review the item.

Return Collection:

If a return is approved because of transit damage or if the delivered item differs significantly from the item listed, collections will be arranged within 14 days of the notification. If you choose to return items on your own, they must arrive at our trading unit within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that collection services are available throughout the day, and we cannot specify exact collection times beforehand.
