TERMS OF COLLECTION & DELIVERY

We offer two convenient options for receiving your purchases: in-store collection or delivery.

COLLECTION: 

We offer an in-store collection for most products sold in our shop by appointment. To arrange collection, please contact us via email or phone. You can find our contact details on the 'Contact Us' page of our website. We appreciate your business and look forward to hearing you soon!

Please note that all purchased items must be collected within 48 hours. If you’re unable to collect your items within this time frame, please contact us to make an alternative. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient collection process.

DELIVERY: 

If delivery is offered or arranged by the store, the terms below apply. Please read them in full to avoid any disappointments.

The Following Terms Apply if the Store Offers or Arranges Delivery:

  • The delivery service provided by the store is a one-person service to the ground floor only, meaning you will need to assist with unloading from the vehicle. Please check with the store for upper-floor delivery options and two-person service at an additional cost.
  • The delivery will be scheduled within 2 to 3 working days from the time it's fully paid. Any purchases made during the weekend will have the delivery time frame counted from the first working day of the week.
  • The courier will only contact you the day before your delivery to provide a time slot. Therefore, you should be able to receive the delivery on short notice. Please note that the courier may not be able to accommodate your preferred delivery time or day.
  • To ensure the smooth delivery of large items to the ground floor of your property, it is essential that you guarantee easy access. You must ensure enough space to maneuvre and remove any obstacles before the delivery. Please be aware that our delivery team has limited time and cannot wait.
  • The business or delivery team cannot take any responsibility for improperly measured access.
  • The courier requires a signature upon delivery, so someone must be available to sign in person. If no one is home to sign for a direct or adult signature, the courier will not deliver the item and will return it to the seller. There will be a rescheduling fee of £75, and it may take a few days to reschedule.
  • For any reason, if you miss the scheduled delivery, there will be a £75 charge to reschedule.
  • For any reason, if you decide to cancel the order once we have dispatched, we will deduct £75 from your total refund.
