Return Policy for Clearance Items 

Clearance items are not supplied with a warranty. All goods are sold as being fit for purpose.

Please be aware due to the nature of these items they may have minor imperfections, including scuffs, scrapes and tears. If you would like to know further information regarding the condition of an item, please do get in touch.

We do not accept returns for change of heart or ill-measured access, it is not the business's responsibility to ensure a product will fit inside a property.

We will always do a full detailed appraisal of each item ahead of sale. However, please understand that as a clearance outlet and due to the sheer volumes we handle, it is not always possible to be 100% accurate and there may always be some cosmetic blemishes or slight second characteristics as is expected with such significant savings through a clearance outlet.

We welcome and strongly insist on viewings at our unit before purchase so please take this opportunity to do so.

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery and inform us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged, or different to advertised so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have the opportunity in all cases to view the item ahead of entering the purchase or making payment. This opportunity should be taken to review the item.

Return Policy for New Items Not Available for In-Store Pickup

Damaged or Faulty Items: 

If your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we'll gladly facilitate its return at no cost to you. It should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Returns must be requested via email or phone, using the contact details on the 'Contact Us' page of our website.

We will need a few photos of the box and the damaged part of the item to process the return.

Change of Mind or Unsuitability of New Items Only: 

If you've changed your mind or find the product unsuitable, you can still return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note, that there will be a collection fee for larger items £70 and smaller items £10 to £30, depending on the item.

Returns must be requested via email or phone, using the contact details on the 'Contact Us' page of our website.

The item must be returned in unused condition and with all the original parts and packaging.

Return Collections:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and in the same condition as they arrived ready for collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Collections will be arranged within 14 days of notification. If you are arranging to return items yourself, they must be received at our trading unit within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware collections are an all-day service and we are not able to advise specific delivery times in advance.
